Elm Grove Travel is a Milwaukee-area travel agency, proud of its diverse, experienced staff of travel agents. All agents work well with a variety of clients with whom they develop a long-time relationship. They work very hard to develop a rapport with each and every one of their clients and always make every effort to exceed what is expected of them. In addition to the agents listed below, we have several support staff members handling administrative functions, quality control, accounting, and all of the little things that assure our clients are given the very best attention. Dennis Rajchel: Senior Travel Consultant. Dennis joined Elm Grove Travel in 1979 with 2 years of prior agency experience. Dennis has traveled extensively and is very proficient in all aspects of travel agency procedures. He has extensive international ticketing and destination knowledge. He is a specialist in European travel and small ship cruising. He has recently earned his Britain Specialist certification from the British Tourist Authority. Dennis travels to Europe annually. Chris Hoff: Joined Elm Grove Travel in 1987. Chris is a Corporate Travel Specialist. Chris is an exceptionally well-organized individual who has a great capacity to handle many tasks at one time. She excels at finding the lowest fares and best routings for clients. Her knowledge of international travel is extensive. Jean Troutman, CTC, MCC: Joined Elm Grove Travel in 1990 and had 10 years prior travel agency experience. Jean, a Certified Travel Consultant and Certified Master Cruise Counselor has traveled extensively. She specializes in leisure travel. She has obtained her specialist certifications in Africa, Alaska, Australia, Caribbean, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Jean has been awarded the prestigious designation of Premier Aussie Specialist. Additionally, Jean handles world cruises, groups, international travel, spa, sport and Olympic and luxury packages. She enjoys downhill skiing and is a certified scuba diver. Her exotic destinations previously visited include Central, South America, Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. One of her favorite trips is an African Safari. Amy Frank, MCC: Joined Elm Grove Travel in 1996 and has 5 years of previous agency experience. She is a Disney specialist, having completed her Master’s Degree in the Disney College of Knowledge. Amy is a CLIA Certified Master Cruise Counselor and has vast knowledge of most domestic and international destinations. She handles a mix of corporate and leisure business. Cindy Dodds: Joined Elm Grove Travel in 2001 and has 9 years of agency experience. She is well-versed in both corporate and leisure travel specializing in all-inclusive vacations. Betty Durso: Joined Elm Grove Travel in 2002. Betty brings 18 years of prior agency experience in corporate, groups, incentives and leisure travel. She has traveled extensively in Europe. Corrine Pillsbury: Administrative Assistant. Corrine joined Elm Grove Travel in 1981 and is an invaluable member of the EGT Team. Her duties include being the friendly voice that answers the phone, the smiling face that greets our clients and the individual responsible for purchasing. Corrine is the person who can answer any question or direct you to the staff member who can. She is an avid sports fan and especially enjoys handling the calls of other enthusiastic fans when the Badgers, Packers or Golden Eagles go to National Championship games. Jennifer Cagle: Chief Operations Officer and Vice President. Jennifer joined Elm Grove Travel in 1996 and has been working actively as a travel advisor focusing on both corporate and leisure travel. In addition, Jenny has taken an active role in the Elm Grove Business Association, serving as president for 3 years. During this time Jenny has had the opportunity to develop as a public speaker and has participated in many speaking engagements. Jenny also handles all marketing decisions. Sue Hollenstein: As president of Elm Grove Travel, my responsibilities are primarily administrative. However, I am also actively involved in arranging travel for many clients, which keeps me abreast of the ever changing world of travel.
